Delivery is free for orders over £100 and we charge £6,95 otherwise. There are also some areas for which our carrier charges an extra fee, if you would like to double-check the charges for your address please email us at customerservice@blindsuk.net and we will look into it for you.

We charge an extra £5 per blind for delivery the following day. However please note that this service is only available for orders placed before 10,30 am. Otherwise the order would be with you in 2 working days' time as it will only be processed the following day for next day delivery.

Measure the recess from wall to wall, top to bottom in several points to ensure the measurements are accurate and select the Inside recess option. Depending on the type of blind you choose, we will make the necessary allowances to ensure a smooth operation. If you do not want us to make any deductions from the sizes you give us, please select the outside recess option.

Unfortunately, in the case of made to measure products exact delivery dates cannot be established. After the order has been dispatched you will notified by email where you will also find a consignment number you need to use when contacting the carriers to arrange delivery. Note that should the carrier attempt delivery and miss you the first time, they will leave a card so you can contact them to rearrange it.

Yes, replacing or removing slats from your blind is possible and can be easily accomplished. After removing the caps from the bottom bar (the items that hold the strings in place) and remove the slats until you get to the desired drop or to the slat you need to replace. Then run the string through all the remaining slats and place back the caps at the bottom of the bar.

If there is any visible damage to your parcels please sign for them as "damaged". Also if you do not get the chance to inspect the blinds before the driver leaves please sign as "Unchecked".

Yes, this is possible. When you place your order the website will accept the delivery address even if it is different to the billing one. If you cannot be in when your order is out for delivery we will be able to arrange delivery at a neighbour or to your work address, but please bare in mind the fact that our parcels must be signed for upon delivery.

If you select the inside recess option then we will deduct 3mm from the advised measurements in order for the roller to fit inside the recess. If you select the outside, exact measurements option then we will manufacture the blind in the exact advised measurements.
Please be advised that the width of a roller blind is not just the cloth size, it is the bracket to bracket measurement, meaning the cloth size plus 33mm for brackets. That means that the measurements you advise will be the cloth size + 33mm for brackets.
For example if you enter 1033mm width for the blind, then the cloth size will only be 1000mm, but the total size of the blind, bracket to bracket will be 1033mm.

We do send free samples, you can either request them directly from the website or send an email with the samples you need and your delivery address and these will be posted to you as soon as possible. It takes about 2-3 days for them to get to you.

The website displays two prices as follows: the price of the blind is shown on the first column, under the "You pay" tag and the amount you have saved by ordering from us instead of another company is shown under the "You save" tag.

The vertical blinds come with a headrail and it is included in the price when you quote online.

Unfortunately we do not have a brochure, but all our products are listed online and you can order free samples when you decide on a colour scheme.

If you have removed the blinds from their packaging and measured them and they are not the sizes you ordered please send us an email with the sizes you have received and we will look into the problem as soon as possible. We may need to collect the blind for inspection for some type of blinds, however we usually out through a replacement that takes about 3-5 working days to get to you.

The returns are needed on wooden Venetians when the blinds are fitted outside the recess and you can see the sides of the headrail. The returns are pieces of wood cut at 45 degrees to be attached to the pelmet at each end.

Instructions can be found in the product page, if you click the shade you are interested in you will enter the quotation page for that particular product. At the bottom of the page you will find instructions for both measuring and installing that particular type of blind.

If you have not received an email of confirmation please go to our contact page and on the contact form select I have already placed an order , input your surname and your delivery postcode and your order will pop up on the screen. At the top of that page you will have a few buttons and one of them will be View Order. Please ensure that the surname you input is the one you used at the time of the order and also the postcode is the delivery postcode input at the time of order.

It is best to double check with our sales team as depending on the material, they can be moist resistant. Most of our products inclusive of our wood blinds range are suitable for kitchen and bathroom but we never advise for any of our products to be directly exposed to water splashes and high steam areas.
